We currently are offering our four course wine pairings on select evenings throughout the year. The menu and wine are unique to the date of each wine pairing. Chef Steve showcases a perfect marriage of flavors with each pairing event. These events are reservation only and usually sell out well in advance. Chef Steve also offers in home cooking demonstrations for a minimum reservation of 6 guests. So sad to see the owners leave to go back to France. The restaurant food, service and ambiance was fabulous. Venice needs more good ethnic restaurants. They all do good business but unfortunately it’s hard to get servers and many customers don’t tip well which makes it hard to keep help. I will truly miss this gem of a restaurant! Was there for the final time last evening.

So very sad our favorite restaurant has decided to close and move to a new chapter in their lives. Truly be missed. God Bless and safe travels

The penultimate evening in business for this wonderful restaurant. Everything superb as always; yes service was a little slow but totally understandable and forgivable. We will miss them dearly.

This is (was) the best restaurant in Venice. We are so sad to see them close, but glad to have had one last, delicious meal there.

Cafe Longet has been long a favorite for us. The food is outstanding and the service was great. The street tables make for a wonderful outdoor dining adventure. We had an extraordinary dining experience. Thank you. Mark & Judy G

Sad to see this family and restaurant go. Top notch food and ambiance. Family owned and operated. Reminded many of us what real fantastic food was all about. Steve Longet will make another town very happy but we will miss him terribly. Thanks for many great meals I’ve the years.
