Very overpriced food. Had to ask someone to take our food order as we were waiting nearly an hour.

Lovely setting. The renovation as compared to 5 years ago is excellent. Bright and cheery. The Italian waiter was professional, friendly and attentive. (He could work anywhere and be excellent!). Food was just good but not notable and several different meals were ordered and sampled. Good dinner overall saved by the service.

The food, service and atmosphere at Cafe Lido is beyond stellar. We visited cafe Lido 2 times for dinner during our trip to Bermuda. When you enter, you are greeted by one of the vibrant, lively hosts who escort you to your beach/oceanside oasis. To start , chairs are pulled out and napkins are placed on your lap. They have food on their menu to satisfy everyone’s pallet. From pasta and fish to steak and chicken. They also have a few gluten free/vegan options as well. As you sit under the stars (the roof opens up above you) and hear the waves of the Atlantic Ocean crashing you will get served and checked on like you are the only person in the restaurant. You can tell that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. Don’t forget to try their delicious desserts and after dinner drinks. The chocolate lava cake is a must! If you are in Bermuda and looking for somewhere to have a memorable dinning experience, look no farther. Cafe Lido will not disappoint.

A beautiful spot. Lovely service. Food was a bit disappointing. Perhaps we chose poorly. All-in-all, I wish Elbow Beach would return to its former glory. The best beach in Bermuda, with wonderful non-beach activities. Lido just seems a sad reminder. Worth going to, but sad.

What a fabulous meal with wonderful service. Pink beach breakers right outside our windows. Its expensive but it's worth it. Put this experience in your planning and get it done!

I wish I could write a good review - the service and ambience are terrific - but unfortunately the food is overpriced and really not good. Meals were tasteless / desserts were good and the service is impeccable. The setting is also gorgeous. So if those things are important to you by all means go - just don’t expect good food.

Made a booking for our anniversary. A bit bummed the anniversary booking was never acknowledged even though I made sure to put it in the notes. The AC was broken so it was naturally a bit uncomfortable. I would’ve appreciated a call or notification that the temperature would be outdoor temp inside(the door was open 80+degrees at the table) so we could make adjustments if we wanted to. The servers seem to work together there but lack some communication amongst themselves. We were asked if we wanted to place a drinks order by two additional servers after we had been waiting for our first round to arrive. Just feels like many unnecessary and unorganized interruptions. Before the drinks arrived we were asked what we’d like for dinner. It’s always nice to enjoy a cocktail, not feel rushed to order especially on our anniversary dinner out. The food was delicious, and our female server was great. Overall not their best performance, but the food was great.
