    What a lovely time at Cafe Lido…our last night in Bermuda! We were unable to get a cab at our hotel for over an hour and the hostess accommodated our late arrival. The wait staff took great care of us and we were able to have an excellent meal and dessert! Thank You!

    Our dining experience was exceptional with Renato and Jefferson as our servers. The ocean view along with a gentle breeze added to our enjoyment and the food was outstanding.

    We had a delicious meal and great service. Our only suggestion is to change the music. It was a bit disconcerting to hear a Black Sabbath song recreated as elevator music. A more contemporary or regional type of background music would be preferable.

    Unfortunately, our entire experience was ruined by a noisy group near our table. The group were shouting obscenities and generally disrupting other diners with their poor and loud behaviour. The group were clearly drunk. I complained but the restaurant were reluctant to confront them and instead offered to move us inside away from the windows with the stunning view of the beach. This was really disappointing and it became clear as the evening went on that one member of the group was a regular with more spending power than us, so it felt like a blind eye was taken to appease this person at the expense of everyone else. An evening ruined. Cafe Lido promotes itself as an up market fine dining experience, however, it felt more like a pub brawl in the Wild West.

    I have been a regular at Lido and Seabreeze restaurant for many years. The ambiance, service, food, and overall atmosphere are fantastic. This last experience was, unfortunately, a bit of a disappointment. The drinks were mediocre at best. My guests and I were sitting off at Seabreeze and requested to have a menu as we just wanted some light bites and I have a lot of things memorised from their menu (they have always had one specific and a separate one for Lido); only 2 of us were planning to eat-& we were denied. When we finally decided to have a table at Lido, we explained that only 2 of us were eating, and the manager who was taking our order was clearly annoyed. We kindly explained that we requested to eat at Seabreeze but were denied; he left in a huff. We also felt as though they were then trying to rush us out. To note that there was never an explanation given as to why we could not eat at Seabreeze (a couple of feet away) and the website does not indicate anything either. There was also supposed to be live music, which there wasn't. I will definitely come again however I expect much better.

    Ocean view spectacular!! Menu is great! The hostess is more than accommodating and the staff is outstanding. Great location at Elbow Beach.
