They didn’t open the night that we booked and didn’t even bother to ring and tell us! I confirmed, via phone, with the manager the day before. When I found out that they weren’t opening, I said that I had confirmed the day early and the manager said that she didn’t remember….WTF? Then she tried to blame the OpenTable App, where they do their bookings. Then I reminded her that I had rang and spoke to her the day before and confirmed the booking. She then said that she had no excuse! Table of 10 left with 2 hours to find a place to accomodate them at short notice. The managers name is Suzanne. DO NOT BOOK with this restaurant. Previous experience - food is good. Service is extremely slow. Previously we have waited 45 minutes to 2 hours for food. They have always blamed issued with the staff and chefs. But it is very clear that the issue is with management. Just don’t bother.

Absolute worst! Terrible drink service sent food back was inedible and owners love to show you they dont give refunds, they do not care.. avoid this place and spend your money next door

Made a booking on Open Table for my whole family for Christmas Eve and I got a confirmation email and everything looked like it was all good to go, when my family and I arrived the cafe was closed. I was so embarrassed and we had to eat elsewhere. Either the cafe or open table app needs to advise customers that the cafe isn't open. I booked this week's before Christmas Eve and no-one contacted me to tell me the cafe wasn't going to be open and that could have given me enough time to book elsewhere.

It was disappointing to catch up with friends who ordered the lamb chops to find out this was unavailable after ordering. Our meals weren't cleared in a timely manner plus had to go and ask for water for the table twice. Having driven past the restaurant many times and seeing it busy was overall disappointed.

Was told there would be a 45 min - 1 hour wait which was fine. After 1.5 hours and the lady who ordered her meals after us receiving hers (probably because she complained 5 times) we finally got them. Curry was bland and not worth the money + the 15% public holiday surcharge.

Despite having made a booking with a few associated emails, when we arrived it wasn’t busy so they hadn’t bothered setting a table for us. I came back here for the Açai bowl but sadly it’s off the menu atm!! A few vegan options but nothing out of the ordinary. It’s a very pleasant location with a good water view.

Booked a table, arrived and was told where we were sitting, menus and water would be bought out. After 10 minutes I had to get up and ask for menus and water. Prices reflect gourmet sounding menu but food itself does not live up to descriptions, cold and untoasted breads, tempura batter thicker than the fish fillet, small portions. Toddler and kids bento boxes are priced differently but kids bentos would suit a toddler serving. Mains bought out in stages so that the first person served had well and truly finished before the last person’s meal arrived. Waitress placed plate on top of sunglasses, scratching them. Had to ask for cutlery for the table after food arrived. Previous experience was good but after yesterday, I won’t be back, disappointing experience.
