This was our third visit. The first time we weren't impressed. I don't even remember what we ate that time. But we decided to give it another try and it was excellent the next few times. We went with another couple and everyone was very satisfied with their meal. It's a little noisy but not so much that you have to shout to hear your companions.

We had pizza and it was good. The rice balls were okay, small in size compared to another local Place up the street. Calamari was good

The service was mediocre and the “Thinny thin” pizza wasn’t very good. We sat outside and it was very noisy because the restaurant is on a busy street. That’s really not their fault though.

I loved the decor. They had this lovely tree in the middle of the room which really leant itself to the feel of an outdoor cafe without being outside. The food was delicious. I had the Salmon Club. I had expected it to have smoked salmon, but this had a really nice pice of grilled salmon. It tasted great.

I understand that it’s popular due to the pizza rating but overall the restaurant is hectic. Had reservation for 715. No seats available. Took my phone number and said about 25 minutes. Hour later no call. Had to keep checking at the front desk numerous times before finally seated. Doubt I would of ever been seated if I wasn’t persistent. Once seated, they ran out of pizza. Not the end of the world. Menu though is all over the place. Hamburger to seafood risotto. Appetizers were good. Dinner not so much. The spicy shrimp pasta was a fried mess. Others meals were just ok. One bright spot was our server. She was attentive and outgoing and had the apps and meals out quickly. Overall, I just think they can’t handle the volume. If they just stuck to pizza, the crowds would still come and everything would run smoother.

After having two reservations not honored and another that a flood stopped, I was looking forward to finally getting into this place. They have fixed some of the issues but it's obvious they can't separate take out from dine in. People who are trying to dine in and have reservations should have priority at the counter and there should be a separate place for people to do pickup so it doesn't slow the process as much as it does. We were seated about 10 minutes after we got there because of the line of takeout people. Someone brought us water right away along with the menus which was good. However, it was 20 minutes before we even saw a waitress. And the place was not even full. We placed our order and the appetizer came out about 10 minutes later very quickly. The rice balls were doughy and the sauce was bland. I'm used to what rice texture is supposed to be and I love arancini. These were below average. It took another 20 minutes to get the waitress's attention so my son could get a soda. The soda came to the table within a few minutes which was very good but that was the end of it. The servers gather near the pizza station for the most part. Just standing there talking to the guys making the pizza and looking at the screen. Nobody is watching the customers and seeing if they have anything they need. Almost an hour after we ordered the pizza it finally showed up. I asked for more water because mine was empty. That water never came. The pizza itself was very crispy. The dough was okay but it was kind of bland even though we had ordered garlic on it. The sauce was mediocre at best. I don't know how portnoy gave this an 8.5. It's obvious that reviewer likes burnt thin bland stuff. It definitely wasn't worth the wait or the hassle to get there and park. The worst of it was having to eventually go to the front to pay as the waitress was lost in action. Even there it wasn't easy. I was happy to get out of there and never go back

The food portions are very small for the price. We sat near the bathrooms in which all you could smell was cleaning products
