Live music 7 nights a week in our Piano Room (Must call to request specific dining room)
Cafe Centro is a stylish and chic restaurant with a warm and comfortable ambiance. You are surrounded by exposed White Savannah Brick walls and high vaulted ceilings from the 1920"s. Local artist's paintings adorn the wall that changes monthly to support the local community. The cuisine is high quality at a fair price and ranged from Free Range Chicken to fresh seafood and fresh made pasta's and Gourmet Pizza. The Cafe Centro Piano Bar has entertainment seven nights a week during the High Season and the Piano player starts at Seven O'clock. The room is warm and cozy but, elegant as well as charming. We also offer dining on our outdoor veranda along side of Bougainvillea's and lush greenery and beautiful Gardenia.

Our experience was very unique. Just after receiving our drinks and appetizers, the restaurant had a power outage. We continued to eat our appetizers and waited for the power to come back on, however, it did not. The servers were informed by management that the patrons had to vacate the building. Everyone was kind and concerned about us being inconvenienced. We paid our bill and left, assuring them we would be back. We certainly understand that "stuff" happens, through no fault of theirs.

Wonderful food, service, ambience and the jazz trio on Sat night was amazing. My husband had the Spicy Sausage Rigatoni, I had the pan seared scallops with potato, corn salsa plus. The scallops were cooked to perfection. Both dishes were excellent. We shared a Tiramisu - fantastic. It was my husband’s birthday - the treatment and song felt very special.

Rob Russell - the best entertainment ever. The shows never disappoint. Lot's of fun. The food, not so much. The salmon was so dry and leathery, I couldn't eat it. But, overall so much fun.

First time having dinner there and everything was excellent! Food amazing.. Service and servers sooo nice, friendly, helpful, and it just doesn't get better than that. My date and I totally enjoyed the music during dinner at the piano bar section of the restaurant. I will be back. Thank you!!

We had so much fun with Rob Russell Open Mic Night. What a showman. So much fun, everyone singing, dancing and just a blast. Great food and atmosphere.

I ordered the filet, it was tasteless and did not appear to be filet mignon. Very disappointing.

Not gonna lie, it's noisy; but even though I'm sensitive to noise I didn't mind a bit because the music was so amazingly good. I kept thinking, I can't believe this is West Palm Beach; it feels like I'm in NYC.

Food was great but there was a trio playing very loudly 15 feet away. They were good but I have zero interest in having dinner when you can’t carry a conversation. Cafe centro is not for someone who wants a quiet dinner. To be clear, people who seemed to be regulars loved the music. I hated it despite the trip being very good.
