Cafe Central truly is a hidden gem! I recently visited with my love, and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was quiet and inviting, perfect for an intimate meal or a focused business lunch. Though the service was slightly on the slower side, it only added to the relaxed charm of the place. The dishes were plated beautifully and tasted just as delicious as they looked. Every bite felt crafted with care and attention to detail. Overall, Cafe Central is lovely in every way and well worth a visit. Highly recommend!

We had a reservation for 4 for a business dinner. Upon arrival, the hostess tried to seat us at a round table with 7 seats, which would have been very awkward, both spatially and for conversation. I said, "you don't have a table for 4 available, even though we have a reservation?" She said, "no, this is all we have." But then a 4-top was leaving and she offered that table if we wanted to wait for them to clear it, which we did. The food was good, as usual - it is consistent. The live music was nice and our service was pretty good, but it did take quite a while to get the drinks. I had ordered a dirty martini, which was not dirty at all, so I had to ask for olive juice on the side. The server did offer to have it remade, which was nice, but I was fine with pouring the side of olive juice into it. 3 out of 4 of us had the seabass, which is always good. We also had the calamari and crab cake appetizers, the lump crab and avocado salad, and the green chili soup.
