The Scottish Salmon was OUSTANDING! . Very moist and tasty. The service is laways amazing. Our table was next to the singer. Therefore, it was difficult to hear our conversations.

I had dinner here this past weekend with family and the service was great as was the overall ambiance. The only issue I had was with the green chile soup as it was initially brought to us cold. I asked our waitress if we could get it reheated and this was done. However after my girlfriend was half way done with hers she began to feel sick and could not finish the soup. The next day both myself and my girlfriend felt extremely sick. Normally this is not the issue at CC as I have ordered the soup in the past and had no issue. It seemed as if the soup may have been earlier through the day and was simply reheated.

This is El Paso’s finest restaurant, hands down. I always really enjoy my meals here. Fun g is a pleasure. The service is excellent. The bar provides great cocktails and the wine list is superb. Two of my guests had seafood, including the Grouper. They loved their meals. Another had green chile soup ( I’m still wondering what that is on the menu) and crab cakes and loved her meal. I ordered the pork loin chops. They were beautifully prepared and tender, but had very little flavor. I had a seafood appetizer that was delicious. The deserts, including the Crème Brûlée, were fine. We ended the evening by sharing a pour of Louis XIII! It was expertly presented! I love this restaurant, but the menu this time was not as memorable as other times. It’s still a wonderful experience!

Everyone was extremely accommodating and attentive, especially our server, Nick. We were dining before the symphony and he was well aware of the time for our entire experience. We decided to return after the symphony for a night cap!
