Very nice and hardworking staff. Live music made the ambience more elegant. Staff was mice enough not to seat us too close so our group could talk. Special touches for our daughter’s birthday. Menu perhaps too ambitious, though. Food was good, but not fantastic.

I ordered the chicken and the sauce was too salty. My husband ordered his ribeye steak medium and it was over cooked (burned and tough to chew) and had no flavor. On a positive note, we were seated right at our reservation time and the service was excellent. The tres leches cake was delicious.

I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was so good. My wife had the lobster roll and it too was very good. It is pricy for the area but it can make for a wonderful experience.

Our 17 year old daughter selected Cafe Central for her birthday dinner. Adam gave us excellent service, Francisco had a killer wine recommendation and the food was delicious, as always. The salad plates were cold, the dinner plates were warm and the desserts were a nice combination of sweet and tart. The restaurant layout makes conversation easy at the table but we were still able to enjoy the live music. Cafe Central is an El Paso go-to if you want a first class experience. They do the big things right and also their attention to detail is spot on. Thank you!

We had wonderful service! Food was served hot and the timing and spacing of appetizers and entree were great. Chilean sea bass was excellent and you cannot go wrong with creme brûlée for dessert!
