The manager lady was not doing her job at all. It took 20 mins for our drinks to arrive at the table and we had to ask for water three times, this was still forgotten about so I had to get up and get my own jug off the counter. There were only two staff serving on a busy night and the service was just not there.

A reunion after 40 years of friends who were house mates in Sydney overlooking water. Catalina’s was the perfect setting and exceeded my expectations 👍🏼

Such a lovely location for a coffee or meal. With the Broadwater in sight, it makes for a relaxed atmosphere. Service was good with friendly staff. Food was good with beautiful presentation

What a great place ! We went for breakfast with some friends & exceeded our expectations, the food was awesome & service was great , being able to have water views wile dining was special Ps it has a seriously crazy selection of top end tequila 🥳

Great staff,lovely food,great view.Our lunch today started with being greeted by lovely staff,we felt very welcome.Table service was swift but we were allowed to linger as long as we wanted.The food was beautiful and the recommendations were spot on.We’ll be back

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Cafe Catalina - Gold Coast. The staff were very welcoming. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing due to the music, staff and nice arrangement. The food was delicious. Must visit when in Southport - Gold Coast.

Amazing food and location. Service was very slow and inattentive but kitchen was quick. DJ was loud but stopped at 6pm.

So disappointing. Firstly they had no record of my booking. They blamed Open Table. Not a particularly good menu. Service very average. Food average as well for the high prices. Small meals. Six of us decided we would never go back.
