The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.

At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house. Pasta favorites include gnocchi with roasted leeks, parmesan cream and basil purée, Spaghettini with tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and parmigiano and also our wild mushroom risotto. From the Sea enjoy seared scallops with peroxides, delicata squash, carmelo and bacon anchovy vinaigrette or our local fish feature. Lastly the Parry Bay Lamb feature from our friends out in Metchosin is an absolute must.

The wine list is extensive with input from multiple Sommeliers on staff always excited to share their new favourite bottle in our unique and cozy dining room.

We had a delicious meal with excellent service and a lovely ambiance. Very enjoyable dinner. Highly recommend Cafe Brio.

Cafe Brio has become a must dinner during our annual pilgrimage from the Oregon Coast. Devon was an excellent server!

This is fabulous restaurant. Cozy atmosphere with low lighting and plenty of original art on the walls. It's reputation keeps it busy especially on weekends. Allow for a relaxed pace. There is also a lovely enclosed terrace outside.
