The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.

At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house. Pasta favorites include gnocchi with roasted leeks, parmesan cream and basil purée, Spaghettini with tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and parmigiano and also our wild mushroom risotto. From the Sea enjoy seared scallops with peroxides, delicata squash, carmelo and bacon anchovy vinaigrette or our local fish feature. Lastly the Parry Bay Lamb feature from our friends out in Metchosin is an absolute must.

The wine list is extensive with input from multiple Sommeliers on staff always excited to share their new favourite bottle in our unique and cozy dining room.

Great ambience, wonderful staff and delicious food and drinks (we three all had the early bird specials and were very happy with our selections and portion sizes). Was a delightful evening spent catching up with dear friends in a cozy and intimate (AKA dark and fluffy - inside joke) atmosphere at Cafe Brio. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Very friendly staff & food was wonderful. Duck & Lamb dishes were superb.

Lovely dinner and great service. It was quite loud and we were happy to sit at the bar so we could talk with each other.

Excellent food and service. They have a 3 course meal for $32 between 4:30-5:30. Great value!!

Cafe Brio is my “go to” restaurant for a spot where we can feel comfortable, enjoy the food and the art, and know our food and service will be excellent every time. Last night, they did not disappoint. I brought two friends who had not been there. I think they will also be back soon. Thank you!

Great date with my husband. Service was excellent and food was amazing! We just wanted a glass of Perseco but prices are very high, definitely not worth the money. But it’s like that at all restaurants. We will be going back again for the great food and service.😊

We miss the original owners - the welcome, service, attention to detail were far below what we were used to when Greg and Silvia were at the helm. The spaghettini was too salty, swimming in too much oil and overwhelmed with cheese. Duck breast was tough and the knives were not properly sharpened to cut through them. On the whole, a disappointing experience.
