The steaks were burnt with charcoal pieces on top! (We had asked for medium and well done) We also waited an hour for the roast!

We were refused service since one person in our party has food allergies.

I didn't attend the lunch, but booked on behalf of my colleagues. They came back and raved about how good it was, the food, the service etc etc. Will definitely be booking again for lunches with team and clients.

The service was great; very attentive. There was a discrepancy as to what was served at what time. The menu listed was not available on weekends, but the staff was very accommodating.

The place used to be much nicer before and food was better. The Avo toast was over toasted so was impossible to cut. The pancakes were great

Located on the ground floor of a hotel in mayfair. You walk through the lobby to reach the restaraunt. Lot of extremely casually dressed tourists hanging about in lobby with kids on i pads sitting around. Service is fantastic- fast and friendly. Excellent vodka martini. All of the food completely delicious.

Open table booking not found. We still got a table, but the restaurant is not like the pictures. Very noisy and loud. Food and service was OK, not worth the price at all though.

Beautiful environment, music a bit too loud, food nice but it took quite a while to come and service was not up to the standards I would expect for the hotel’s standards. Average experience .
