Food was horrible. Chicken on the chicken waffle was so overcooked it could not be eaten

Try not to go between 2 and 4 pm. They only have 2 servers and 1 food runner working. It can take up to 10 minutes before you are greeted after you sit. The 1 server waiting on us had 6 tables besides us with no support from a manager. The food runner had to say something for someone to come wait on us. I know everyone wants to make money, maybe you should have an additional person on for support.

Essen und Service super - 20% Trinkgeld muss man akzeptieren, da es sofort mit abgerechnet wird. Bei 5 Personen ist das schon eine Ansage.
