Influenced by the Tramontane winds, Cadaqués offers a culinary immersion
in the thousand-year-old cuisine of the Mediterranean in the capital’s Golden Mile city,
in the heart of Salamanca neighbourhood, one of the most gourmet areas of Madrid. At Cadaqués, we’ve developed a new culinary concept based on the world of rice dishes and Mediterranean culture. Sea, mountains and gardens blend together in a new space that is committed to traditional recipes, local produce and a ground-breaking format. Rice cooked with the power and aroma of our selected woods, fish and seafood fresh from the docks, great dishes that are the legacy passed down from fishing cultures.

Really cool restaurant. Food and service were top notch. Brought a local business associate here, and he was very impressed. Grilled sea bass fileted table side was fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. Food was amazing and plentiful. Service was polite and professional. Absolutely loved it.

Very odd service experience. There appeared to be only one true server with several helpers so the service was slow and erratic. We had the lobster rice dish and the server showed the helper (looked like a teenager) how to split the dish from the pan for about ten seconds then left him on his own. He clearly had no idea what he was doing leading to uneven and messy portions. There wasn’t much edible lobster for an expensive dish. Right after we finished our main course - around 930 pm - suddenly the server appeared in his coat and said good night to all the guests. This left the B team in charge. When we finally left the restaurant, there was the head server in his coat outside flirting with a woman! Food was good. Service not so good.

Hermosa decoracion inspirada en el puerto de Cadaques. Cocina abierta q puedes ver mientras trabajan, en especial a leña❤️ Elegante servicio muy profesional por todos desde la anfitriona, mesera… todos. Orgullosos de su trabajo y muy conocedores de vinos e historia. Extraordinaria calidad de comida, buena temperatura, creatividad y sabor espectacular. Lo recomiendo y regresaría siempre q pase por Madrid.
