Start out your visit at Cache Cache with royal osetra caviar, Alaskan king crab or Hudson Valley Fois Gras Terrine. Entrees include a main dish with two sides and a sauce to complement your meal. Hard reservation to get and it isn’t cheap but when in Rome or Aspen just go with it!

This is a favorite restaurant with wonderful ambiance, food and service. I cannot unfortunately give it a 5 star rating this time because they overcharged us by $80. I hope it was an honest mistake, but required us to have to revisit the menu price for a wine we ordered and this was uncomfortable. That being said, I would still recommend this restaurant and other than this incident, we had great service and a wonderful meal.

We’ve been there many times. Always an outstanding experience; food, service and ambiance. We sat outside, which is very enjoyable.

The food was exceptional at Cache Cache. We had the shrimp with black rice and it was perfect. The salmon tartare was also great. We sat outside which was beautiful. The service was impeccable.

This place is all hype and no delivery. The food was meh. My husband and I ordered the duck confit app, salmon, and short ribs entrees. The duck was the only thing that was good. If I could do it over again, I’d order the duck app as an entree and a side of brussel sprouts (not sure if the side would be tasty or not). The salmon sits in what tasted like Campbell’s tomato soup. Why? The salmon was cooked well but not seasoned well and rest of the dish tasted and looked blah. The short ribs were better but still under seasoned and were pretty dry. Better presentation on the short ribs but nothing to write home about. As for drinks, I stuck with a French red and my husband did his standard Negroni. They didn’t have the gin he asked for and then they didn’t have the right ratios of ingredients. My husband didn’t finish it which was a first. My wine was good. No complaints there. Overall, if this restaurant is on your bucket list, then go. Otherwise go somewhere else.

Terrific food and service. Our reservation was made 3 weeks in advance but we were delayed in being seated. The host did apologize and provided a complimentary appetizer which was great.
