A fave LA classic. Rowdy on the patio, but it was Saturday night! Their kitchen is getting even better lately. Food awesome!

Ca Del Sole is a wonderful experience! The interior ambiance is inviting and relaxing, the art pieces are thoughtfully chosen, the impression is that you are in a home to enjoy delicious food! And the food IS delicious! Delectable! Of course you are brought bread and an olive tapenade, the bread is a wonderful hearth baked artisan sourdough. We enjoyed a Burrata Con Prosciutto Di Parma E Zucca Fritta to start and the husband was very pleased with the Burratta. Husband had his Stella Artois in a chilled glass and I ordered a Ferrari Carano Chardonnay which was sublime! Then a nice Divina Di Cesare - Caesar salad. Then on to the main event, dinner! Husband had to have the Lasagna Di Carne, Omaggio A Nonna Rina which he LOVED! I had the Ravioli Di Manzo Al Burro Chiarificato E Parmigiano - short rib ravioli - which was SO GOOD! We had told our server Takako we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and she brought us a vanilla bean gelato with raspberry syrup! It was splendid! But I wanted dessert and we shared the Tortino Di Ricotta - Ricotta Cheesecake With Wild Cherry Sauce and that was phenomenal! I have never had a cheesecake so light and creamy! The crust was the perfect flaky base to the cheese filling that was pillowy. Along with the wonderful cheesecake, husband had a Digestivi, Limoncello and I had the Giesen Sav Blanc Late Harvest which was perfect with the cheesecake! It was all so good and a wonderful experience. The restaurant itself has been renovated and expanded, trees are right in the middle of the bar. This is a lovely place and we had a marvelous time. And - the pasta is HOMEMADE! The desserts are HOMEMADE! And you can taste the HOMEMADE difference!

Ca' del Sole is always spectacular! Their wait staff and front-of-house are so skilled and accommodating, and the food is magnificent! We were celebrating a friend's birthday last night, as she loves it there too - and, as I requested, at the end of the meal, they brought out our favorite dessert, their flourless chocolate cake, with a candle in it for her! We can never resist their Caesar salad and their wonderful pastas. A HUGE winner all around (and I'm going back there this coming Monday for lunch with other friends!)

Consistently delicious food, wonderful ambience and service. One of my most favorites Italian restaurants in Los Angeles for over 30 years. A must go to! I introduced friends to this gem last night and they loved it!

Good and service outstanding. The extreme heat detected us from the beautiful outdoor patio, but the energy inside made it a vibrant lunch. Always a winner 😊

I enjoyed the food and service. Great value. The day I went it was so hot 111 degrees but inside was hot and uncomfortable. Need to turn up thecAC.

Our second visit, love the service and most of the food is to my liking.The Fritto Di Mare is excellent, calamari is tender and all is cooked perfectly! I’m not eating pasta at this time so would like to see additional low carb options on the menu. I generally like squash blossoms, this is second time ordering, probably won’t again. Too much emphasis on the ricotta for me, a little bland. (All personal taste..!) My husband had seafood pasta, enjoyed it but said that there were two types of pasta and one was extremely tough. My Saltimbocca was good, but heavy on sauce for me. We’ll certainly be back.. would like to see some specials offered from time to time.
