Best view and good food, friendly assistant. They run the restaurants very efficiently. The tables are full but very it quiet and neat.

Took my wife C-level for her birthday luncheon. The food was excellent and the view was fantastic!! Highly recommend to experience a San Diego dining experience by the water.

C-Level is always a favorite and never disappoints. Every aspect of an enjoyable dining experience is assured! I asked our server to substitute blackened seared ahi for the skirt steak in the healthy skirts on fire salad. Delicious!

We started with artichoke fritters then shared a salad it was great then had a blackened chicken sandwich. Outstanding with a water view.

The food was excellent. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and our server Caitlin was super. We had the ahi, crab & avocado stack which is great for 2 people. Then we had the shrimp Louie salad split for 2 people (and they don’t charge to split it), then the lobster fontina blt sandwich which is huge and delicious. Then we split the yummy potted brownie banana split. It was a lot of food but absolute divine and we said we’d easily come back again.

My all time San Diego favorite restaurant!!! We celebrated 3 birthdays and they were given a Happy Birthday dessert. The food is incredible. The staff and view are terrific. I can say nothing bad at all. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
