Great space and location. Service staff was great but the food and drinks are so bland. Espresso martini tasted like straight coffee mix. Caesar salad was the thrown together with a bunch of romaine lettuce bottoms not actually the green part. Alcoholic beverages were made poorly. Food was beautifully plated but so bland in taste. Truly you could make something better at home. Won’t be coming back

I understand I was running a little late to my reservation, but as we were seated another party was seated after us. The server went to their table first before our table. My daughter and I ordered an appetizer and salad to come out first and shared an entree. We waited about 30-40 mins for our food. Our server went on break and the person who was covering her didn’t come say hi to us while our server was on break. When she finally came to us we asked about our entree. 10 mins later she comes back to ask if my daughter is ok with the sesame as she has a nut allergy. I said that is fine, but why ask us 30-40 mins later. Once we were finished we ask the server for the check as we had to go to a broadway show and the server said hold on we didn’t get the dessert. That same table she served first got the dessert first. We waited and she kept saying hold on I’ll get it. At this point I was getting annoyed because all my daughter and I was doing was waiting all night. Finally another server came up as she saw me looking around for the server and I told her can we cancel the dessert as we have somewhere to be. She went to get our server and our server was like oh sorry didn’t know you need to be somewhere let me that for now. It’s a nice restaurant, but the service really was slow and bad. I will give it a try and hopefully the service will be better

Avery was an amazing server and took care of us the whole night. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing!!

The views are lovey and my dish was good. My friend’s fries were burned and she was brought a fresh batch, which were fine. Our server was ok. He seemed new and unsure on his approach to service.

We were disappointed in the quality of our appetizer and main courses. The problem is not the preparation, but the quality of the ingredients. The placement of the restaurant and the view are definitely worth the trip.

My husband and I met for lunch at C Level last week. The ambiance is always wonderful and the amazing view of San Diego Bay never fails to add to the ambiance. The menu offers a broad selection and the food is always outstanding as is the service.
