I don’t like to write bad reviews but everything outside of the view was just terrible. We went on our anniversary and boy was that a mistake. For starters our waiter (a nice guy) was just not built for this line of work. When asking about different menu items his response was “I don’t know” or “I never tried that”… 3 times we had to ask different staff to retrieve him because we were neglected for long periods of time. Despite taking notes, he messed up our order. My wife wanted normal Mac and cheese they gave her lobster (not bad). But I specifically asked for King crab on my prime rib and that didn’t happen. The wife described her crab cake as “shockingly bad” with shells throughout and completely dry. I ordered green beans for my son. My wife then stopped me saying that the green beans have honey on them (honey is deadly to children under a year old and he is 11 months). When we asked the waiter if in fact the beans in front of us had honey he emphatically said “no”… when my wife doubled down that she saw that he went and asked and then came back apologizing. A possible medical emergency all because he didn’t know the menu or care enough to ask initially. I originally asked if there were any other vegetable options and was told there weren’t as the Brussel sprouts from last weekend were gone… but then I saw a large bowl of broccoli being brought to a party next to me later in my meal… care to guess my son’s favorite vegetable? Then to top it off, they offered a “free dessert” to make up for so many mistakes which I politely declined but the waiter insisted. We ordered something (that we didn’t eat) to appease him because he seemed like a nice guy in over his head and they brought out a dessert with sparklers that said “Happy Birthday”… the color left his face when we reminded him it was our anniversary. Then the icing on the cake? In a rush to leave I just gave my card only to see I was charged for the King Crab they forgot to give me! Just all bad

The staff is always making sure that everything is done properly and with class. Besides the food, the staff is the reason why I feel that the environment can put everyone in the right mindset.

Food was delightful and decadent. Service staff -Top tier. The whole vibe was everything. They made us feel so special from the congratulatory card celebrating our occasion to the complimentary champagne.

The view was amazing. The service was very good. Besides, we had to wait 35 minutes to 40 minutes because their smoke alarm went off and closed down the elevators. We had to wait downstairs in the lobby until they got The elevator situated. Besides that it was an amazing experience. I would recommend everyone to go and experience it. I purchased their salmon, which was very good. It was not on the menu. It was a chef special, but it turned out to be very delicious. We also tried their crab dip which was very delicious, green beans, mushroom and onions, crab cake and their scallops, Caesar salad, macaroni and cheese and desert. My favorite cocktail drink was their Daisy drink for all the tequila lovers It was delicious.

We liked the experience overall this time around. Food and service were much better. The portions seem smaller than before and no outdoor fire maybe because of the weather.

The worst dinner we ever had every single item we ordered was bad except the mash potatoes, my boyfriend being a chef was completely disappointed with the food, we seated outside and the chairs were bouncing (all of them), we asked to change them and nobody helped us. For the Terrible food and service that they offered is overpriced, never again.
