After reading some of the negative reviews, we were tempted to cancel our booking but so glad we didnt. I had the lobster and my hubby had the frito misto. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend ignoring the negative reviews and eating here!

We came to the place when it just opened a few years back and the quality and choice of the food was amazing . Unfortunately we were unaware it changed owners and the quality and the choice of the food was very poor . The grilled fish fillet was defenetely frozen food and had no taste , the fried fish was dry and rubbery . Apparently the chicken burgers were nice . We asked for house wine which logically should be cheaper than on the wine menu but it has been charged more than the cheapest bottle on the menu . We will defenetely never go back to this place or bring our friends visiting us as it wasn't an enjoyable experience

Food are good but one of the staff was not so friendly and patient. We had great expectations but turned out a not very nice experience :(

Having eaten at the establishment before at the other establishment, now it has moved it was a shame to see the standards drop. 3 main courses unavailable, slow service and poor waitressing standards

Great food, friendly staff, bustling restaurant with constant flow of takeaway order customers queuing at the door. Advisable to book ahead. Family friendly and noisy so best avoid if you are planning a romantic meal for two!

Delicious light batter. Fresh seafood. Welcoming staff greeted us with a smile. Moderately priced meal. Prawn were so tasty! Chips were also excellent 👌

I booked a table here on a Sunday evening, after travelling down from Hampshire. Quiet to start with, but soon filled up. We had alcoholic drinks with our food and had a starter, main and a cup of tea to finish. The food and service was excellent, a little pricey, but would come again.

Lovely fish and chips, very tasty. Nice to find a place that caters for coeliac. Also had gluten free vinegar. Will definitely be back when we come to St Ives again.

Fantastic food,value for money and great service. Friendly from the minute you walk in,menu and lunchtime special explained and recommend. Will definitely be returning.
