    Amazing dinner. We have eaten all over the world at some of the best restaurants and this restaurant ranks right up there with the best of them all. We chose the seven course option and each of them was a culinary delight. Don’t let the fact it is in a hotel next to the airport fool you. It was special and a must try experience.

    This was by far one of the best dining experiences I have ever had! The food and service is amazing. The chef and Sous chef really work hard on flavor and presentation. The servers were very helpful and kind!

    My husband and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a date night at By Patrik Pettersson, and we were genuinely blown away by the entire experience. We opted for the 7-course tasting menu with wine pairings, and it was nothing short of mind-blowing. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The wine pairings perfectly complemented each course, enhancing the overall experience and making every bite a delightful surprise. A special mention must go to our server, Kelsey, who was undoubtedly the best we have ever encountered. Her knowledge of the menu, attention to detail, and warm personality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It felt like we were being taken care of by a friend rather than just a server. Additionally, it was a treat to have the owner, Justin Bay, and Chef Patrik himself interact with us throughout the evening. Their passion for food and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience truly shone through and made us feel valued as guests. We are already looking forward to our next visit, especially with the new menu launching next week. The fact that the menu changes every three weeks adds an exciting element of anticipation, and we can't wait to see what Chef Patrik has in store for us next!!!

    Food was good, not great. I could have done without the hotdog. Portions were unusually small, even by tasting menu standards. Decor is simple and understated however does not align with the price point. Drinks were also expensive ($18 ea.) so the total bill escalated quickly. Overall, a decent evening but not worth the price.

    What an incredible experience! Every dish was a masterpiece of creativity. This type of Guide Michelin taste and presentation you can’t find anywhere close to Sarasota. This is like being at one of the top European restaurants. Chef Patrik is a master of joining flavors and techniques. A definite must if you are in the Sarasota area. Can’t wait to go back!!

    I lovedddd this experience ! Every dish has something different and amazing flavor and textures. The experience and knowing what to except for each plate was a plus. The chefs came by the table to check on us and to explain more about our plates. It made me feel at home. The drinks are amazing as well! An amazing choice for a romantic date night (:

    This restaurant has become our very favorite restaurant in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Patrik always does a wonderful and creative job with the menu. The food is fresh and beautiful. I really can't ask for anything more!!!! We brought our Vegan friend and I thought she would be a challenge for Patrik. She wasn't. He created a separate Vegan menu to serve with each and every one of our courses and her dishes were all wonderful, too! You really can't get any better than this! The staff is all friendly and they explain every dish that they bring. Justin does a great job with the wine - whether you want to do the pairings or just get a glass of wine. I look forward to Jessica's deserts - she always creates something special. I can't wait for our next visit!
