                                                                    We were served drinks, then the waiter disappeared for at least 20 minutes. He returned briefly to take our orders and then we didn’t see him again for maybe 40-50 minutes (this is no exaggeration). He didn’t even have the courtesy to ask if we wanted more water or apologize for the extremely long wait. This restaurant has one of the slowest wait times I’ve ever experienced.

                                                                    We had breakfast at By George and it was all perfect. Presentation, flavor, coffee. Great setting for a nice meal, in this case for business. But I can see going with my wife to this place and totally enjoying it.

                                                                    I would highly recommend By George for a business dinner or personal dinner. We were there for business and a good-sized group (a group of 10). They were able to accommodate us comfortably. Our server was wonderful - they were busy so it was a little loud but she made sure she went around the table to tell everyone the specials. She also took the time to answer questions and even asked if anyone else had a food allergy after finding out there was one at the table. The appetizers were wonderful and everyone enjoyed their entrees. Highly recommend the meatballs for an appetizer. The entrees at our table ranged from sea scallops (delicious) to pork chop to lamb chop to steak. All of it was delicious. We also ordered some brussels sprouts, a side of carrots and truffle fries and all 3 were passed around the table and complimented by all. A few at our table also opted for dessert. The Creme Brulee and cheesecake were top choices and everyone raved about both. We will be back to By George (we are in town at least once a year) and be sure to have customers in tow since the ambiance and food are wonderful. Highly recommend.

                                                                    Great food. More casual atmosphere than at lunch, but still an excellent meal. And it wasn’t too loud, which was great for our business dinner

                                                                    I proposed to my girlfriend in the lobby of the hotel. We took beautiful pictures, and I had made reservations to eat at the restaurant. The staff was very accommodating. We had to reserve two different tables because our party was large, but they was able to see us together to accommodate us. The service was something that you would expect for a very high-end restaurant after starters or appetizers, they cleared the table of everything and reset it for dinner. Best experience I’ve had.
