The Sassy little sister restaurant of “Aanch-Modernistic Indian Cuisine”, “By Aanch” is a theatrical interpretation of modern day Indian fare. Led by Chef Sudhanshu Kumar, who while staying true to traditional Indian recipes- added his creative twist to each dish. By Aanch serves an array of Indian centric cocktails and intimate platters which are brought to life with heady spices- ground in house, and combining diverse regional methods of cooking. We booked this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday.We were there to celebrate my birthday and the chef offered a complimentary dessert which was really sweet of him. The staff member Deedar’s service was exceptionally good. The food was a mix of very good and average. Mango Lassi = 9/10 Papad chaat = 6/10 (it was cold, regular taste and a little bland) Sabudana vada chat = 7/10 (2 vadas and lots of yogurt and spices. May be adding another vada would balance the equation) Koliwada fish = 7.5/10 Mushroom naan with truffle oil = 9/10 (flavourful and crispy) Tandoori Murgh kulcha = 8/10 Gulab jamun = 9/10

A really great spot with some outstanding dishes and very friendly staff and chef. In particular. I would go back for the tandoori paneer and jackfruit curry. We had a birthday there and they were very friendly and accommodating.

The first thing that struck me about Indian Fusion by Aanch was the warm and inviting ambiance. The decor seamlessly combines modern elegance with traditional Indian elements, creating a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the Dilliwala Butter Chicken. Aanch has masterfully redefined this classic North Indian dish, infusing it with an innovative twist. The dish arrived on a sizzling plate, the aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water. The chicken was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and bathed in a luxurious, creamy tomato-based sauce. The service at Indian Fusion by Aanch was impeccable, with the staff being knowledgeable, attentive, and eager to make our dining experience exceptional. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they made us feel like valued guests. Definitely a must!

Not worth the price AT ALL . Its just an uncomfortable ambiance. The quantity and quantity both trash.

It was my birthday and for the first time I decided to go to an Indian restaurant, but we as a family had an amazing food journey. Chef was personally going and meeting the customers and was recommending the dishes as per our liking. Food was amazing and at the end I was surprised to get complimentary dessert to celebrate my special day.
