Drawing on the South’s trademark charm, the restaurant offers a vibrant, cozy atmosphere with an innovative American menu featuring Southern-influences. Santos channels his love of New Orleans and all things Southern to transport guests to the Bayou by way of Buttermilk & Bourbon.
Takeout and delivery services are available via our website and Doordash. There are 3 options for seating: Standard (Indoors), High-Top (Indoors) and Patio (Outdoor). All outdoor patio reservations are subject to being canceled in the event of inclement weather. We offer a fifteen-minute grace period and ask that you call us if you will be running late or your reservation may be cancelled.
*We allot 1 hour and a half for a reservation of 2 guests and 2 hours for reservations consisting of 3 or more guests.

The food just want not what we were expecting. The scrambled eggs has absolutely no flavor, the potatoes were overcooked, the bacon was mostly fat. I was just disappointed. My 6 year old only ate the biscuit. The server was friendly.

Biscuits!!! A little heavy for my remaster but everyone else loved. Fried chicken was great and so was the meat pie. Street corn ok .. nothing special. Would have love to try a number of other things The bread pudding is okay but not worth it. Just splurge on the main items

A fun vibe with unique and delicious menu options. We had a fantastic server, Connor. He was very knowledgeable on menu items and his suggestions did not disappoint. He was also so friendly and personable it was like dining with friends. We will definitely go back!

The food was amazing and the waitress was as well. I highly recommend the honey glazed biscuits and the beignets a la mode. Their ice cream is made with chai. The flavor was extremely different than what I am used to, but it was amazing. My waitress, Jazmin was great. I could tell she was busy with several customers, but still put her full effort into making sure everyone had a positive experience. I would definitely go here again.

I had the best time there for my birthday. My family and I loved it and our server Ethan was so wonderful! Couldn’t recommend enough.

We ordered lots of plates because we just couldn’t decide. Everything was perfect… from the Mac & cheese to the yams to the fried chicken thighs & the other 5 plates we ordered! Service was top-notch. Pablo was our server. He was attentive & great personality! He made my night when he brought out her dessert with a candle in it for my birthday. We loved this restaurant so much that we made a list of the food s we didn’t get try for our next visit.

Service was good. The food was okay. Nothing really stood out as the meal. Biscuits Wings Waygu sliders BBQ corn( basically Mexican street corn)
