Drawing on the South’s trademark charm, the restaurant offers a vibrant, cozy atmosphere with an innovative American menu featuring Southern-influences. Santos channels his love of New Orleans and all things Southern to transport guests to the Bayou by way of Buttermilk & Bourbon.
Takeout and delivery services are available via our website and Doordash. There are 3 options for seating: Standard (Indoors), High-Top (Indoors) and Patio (Outdoor). All outdoor patio reservations are subject to being canceled in the event of inclement weather. We offer a fifteen-minute grace period and ask that you call us if you will be running late or your reservation may be cancelled.
*We allot 1 hour and a half for a reservation of 2 guests and 2 hours for reservations consisting of 3 or more guests.

    Brought my daughter for dinner while visiting for college family weekend. Really cool New Orleans vibe inside. The outside was decorated with hundreds of pumpkins. The service and food were great. Will definitely return.

    We had a great lunch! Jake was our server and he was super accommodating I wanted shrimp on a salad and he went and asked the kitchen. My salad and everything else was delicious. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, timing was against us. We got there at 2:30 and found out that the place closes at 3. We had to hurry and order everything at once. Food came out dessert first. Restaurant could not manage the flow. So the whole meal was rushed and not the greatest. Food was okay, nothing amazing.

    It was a lovely time and our server was so attentive and helpful! The food is 10/10!

    The food just want not what we were expecting. The scrambled eggs has absolutely no flavor, the potatoes were overcooked, the bacon was mostly fat. I was just disappointed. My 6 year old only ate the biscuit. The server was friendly.

    Biscuits!!! A little heavy for my remaster but everyone else loved. Fried chicken was great and so was the meat pie. Street corn ok .. nothing special. Would have love to try a number of other things The bread pudding is okay but not worth it. Just splurge on the main items

    A fun vibe with unique and delicious menu options. We had a fantastic server, Connor. He was very knowledgeable on menu items and his suggestions did not disappoint. He was also so friendly and personable it was like dining with friends. We will definitely go back!
