Serving ocean food platters in the scenic bay views of Tranquility Bay, Butterfly Café is a full service restaurant ladling seafood dinners to the lodgers and visiting gourmets.
Customers can dine in the upscale elegant indoors furnished with wicker seats and grommet curtains or relax in the outdoor patio at Butterfly Cafe.

The scallops were incredible! I do wish they came with a vegetable or there was at least an option to purchase a vegetable side that was not a salad. My husband got the jerk chicken and it was not even remotely close to a true jerk chicken. It tasted more like grilled/barbecued chicken. There was almost no seasoning and there was no sauce at all. The chicken was also extremely dry. Everything else we got was delicious but the jerk chicken was a huge disappointment

Outstanding service by Anthony Menu can use some tweaking. The three fish entrees have a very similar prep, with exactly the same sides The yellowtail was fresh, but it was not cooked in a way to exploit its flavor and texture. It was pale and soft, as if it had been boiled. A little attention to detail would have made it better (pan searing, broil to bring out a little crunch on the surface, etc)

Beautiful setting. We sat outside and the table and scenery were amazing! The service was very friendly and catering. Food was delicious! Highly recommend the warm goat cheese/crostini and amaretto cherries for an appetizer, as well as the Lemon Drop for a your drink. We were there for our anniversary and it was perfect!

A hidden gem! The Butterfly Cafe had great good, service and view. The view from the beach was beautiful and the dining area was quaint and calming. Our servers were very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Outstanding! The best meal we’ve had in the Keys. We had the Butterfly Salad and Tuna Napoleon appetizers, the scallops and filet mignon and crème brûlée for dessert. All wonderful! Jasmine was our server and she was excellent. Can’t wait to return!
