Made a reservation weeks in advance and asked for a nice table . They set us under a loud banging ac table We asked to change our table. They had multiple empty tables. They told us no. They said they could put us in the backroom. This is not how you treat repeat or any good customers. We should've walked out. Terrible to treat customers that way.

Butter never disappoints! A gem of a restaurant hidden in the Poconos. Inviting atmosphere, friendly and professional staff and food that exceeds all expectations. A must try for people who appreciate fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere.

The owner Ruth is just lovely and her her co-owner son Mark the chef is the best in the Poconos. The menu always changes and is delicious

Beautifully decorated, very romantic. Tables are close together, but patrons the night we went, were very quiet. Menu was limited, but offered enough choice for us find something. Food was delicious and well presented. Service was good, but we were not in a rush. This is a sit back and relax kind of place. Prices were fair for this type of restaurant.

Yet another wonderful dinner with visiting friends ❤️. A few menu changes. Some main stays kept alive. But everything about this mini restaurant in PA remains delightful. Warm greeting. Lovely table. Very good cocktails. Yummy grilled Caesar salad. And everyone’s main entree selection was wonderful. This little family spot is just right for quiet conversation and the staff understands how to pass a meal just the way the customers desire. THANK YOU Butter. Great job again.

The service, food, and ambience were wonderful. One of our dinner guests asked if the chef had any vegan recipes and he gave her three choices, all of which sounded perfect. Another of our guests is limited to a wheel chair. They brought out temporary ramps and we easily managed from there. We all enjoyed this venue and will return soon!

Great food and good service! We’ve been here twice and the food was even better the second time. We had the burger and the monkfish. Both were extremely tasty and fresh.

As always, both the food and the service was impeccable. I had the new chicken dish, which was outstanding. All four diners were extremely happy with their choices.
