   It happened to be a holiday weekend (week before St Pats)- we didnt realize the town would be celebrating this weekend (our mistake). Therefore, it was PACKED and very loud. The staff was working hard! Kudos to each and every one of them!

   It was a very enjoyable night food was wonderful. I even had some live music to entertain us

   I've been to two other Butera locations, both of which I liked better. The Bay Shore site has a warehouse-like atmosphere, which is different than the others. For me, it was much more casual and quite loud, though we were able to hold a conversation fairly comfortably. The food was mediocre and not as good as in the other locations. My eggplant dish was interesting, because it was not breaded. I actually liked that, but I know many would not. Also, the parking was frustrating. In the lot adjacent to the restaurant, the spots are numbered and there are meters at which to pay, but neither of them worked. I went to ask the host about it, and he said I needed to use the parking app, but that didn't work either. We took a chance, hoping we weren't going to get a ticket. Although we didn't, I don't care to get stressed before my dining experience. I would return to other Butera locations, but this one was disappointing for me and my group.

   We dine at Butera’s often but this time a little disappointed. We ordered a Caesar salad but all we got was the bottoms of the romaine lettuce, no green leaves at all. Also my dinner was not hot, it was at best warm.

   We had a great experience for my wife’s birthday, I did mark it as her birthday and they did not bring a dessert or anything over until I went up and asked.

   It was awesome, the food was great. I had the Veal parm and it was tender as can be. My girl had the Rigatoni Butera's. She loved it. we will be returning for sure.

   Great experience. Well paced. Good was amazing as always. The pork chop never disappoints. Chicken meatball pot was great. Fried mozzarella was good also. Price is a touch high but reasonable once you see the amount of food you get. Service was awesome also. Claire is a great waitress and gave good auggestions. Well paced meal.
