Prime Rib was excellent,I got mines med and was nice and soft.Evenly cooked ! I will definitely go back.

First the service was outstanding, they have done a good job hiring and training the servers. The food was not very good. They say the specialize in prime rib, had the appetizer prime rib bites and it was small chunks of last nights leftovers, way over cooked, lots of fat and grizzle, in some awful brown liquid. Just terrible, Also tried the calamari, also terrible, so much breading and very small calamari pieces, what a waste, the charbroiled caesar salad I had once before but this time it was so small, good dressing but the are not consistent. Service was great food questionable at best for the prices.

I was surprised to find this "gem" to take a friend for lunch on her birthday! Walking in you just know that you are going to have a good meal and good service! I even had a $15 "birthday" coupon that they honored and also gave my friend a complementary piece of cheesecake to celebrate her special day! Only one downside - my friend had eaten a petite fillet wrapped in bacon for lunch in the past and that wasn't on the menu. That being said, the prime rib was delicious although the serving was smaller that was expected. The Waygu burger was delicious and the fries cooked in duck fat were a perfect complement to the meal. Yes, I'll go again for lunch.

Our dual birthday celebration was terrific as always at the Butcher Shop! We had multiple filets and prime rib - all of which were delicious. The service was attentive and friendly - we felt welcomed and valued. It was a very nice experience and we will definitely be visiting again!

We shared the ribeye and it was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Our waitress was great as well. Attentive and friendly.

It was a very nice evening. We were seated by the bar & it was quite noisy. Next time I will request a different room. The food was great, service was very good though a little slow getting the bill. Very friendly staff & very nice ambience.

From the bartender Victoria, to our waitress Berlin, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of attentiveness. Both of these women were as Professional as they were lovely. I will be back for sure.
