   Prime rib was luke warm. I asked to have it put on the grill server took it back said that they dipped it in the hot au jus and it would be better All it was was the same temperature. She said she'd be back in to check up on me didn't until we're all done eating and I didn't eat 2/3 of my prime rib.

   Our server, Berlyn was wonderful!! The prime rib was amazing except for the end cut which was a little tough. The outfits worn by the female staff were a little misogynistic.

   Excellent service, the food was absolutely delicious, but it was quite loud. I was looking forward to a nice and quiet dinner but it was loud. At times I had to lean closer just to hear what my husband was saying. But it was a 6pm reservation so maybe I picked the wrong time.

   Was in town for work this weekend. I always make it a point to get together with my father when I’m here. We both love a good steak. Everything was great this visit. We were seated within a few minutes of arriving. Service was great. Our waitress let us know of possible delays with baked potatoes and returned a few minutes later relaying the chef said everything would come out together with no delays. Our filets were perfectly cooked. The service from sitting down to walking out was perfect giving us a great visit together.

   Service was very slow for our party of 7. We order 4 onion soup and all were cold. The soup and salad were served the same time with the entrees. No one care to ask or to check if we needed anything. 2 steaks entrees were on the medium rare vs medium and one is medium well. One steak was taken back to be cook on the grill and came back still rare. The quality of food and service is not the same. Most likely will not come back and will not recommended to our friends.

   Can’t beat the prime rib sandwich with duck fat fries! Unless you’re really hungry, it’s two meals easy.

   The Butcher Shop gives a great feeling of eating in an old school steakhouse. Jaquelyn was our servicer, she was excellent, very attentive and had wonderful recommendations. My filet was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The sides, salad, garlic bread and dessert were exquisite. All in all we were both extremely impressed after leaving our dinner.

   Reminds me of the older days going to a 5 star restaurant. Awesome food and service!
