Our experience was just okay. No, we will not be planning on going back. My husband's filet mignon was over cooked and had a weird white color near the top. However, the corn appetizer and filet medallion entree were great. We certainly realize the high cost of food this day and time, but the prices were very steep compared to what you get served.

Every dish was full of flavor, portions were generous. Our server Sydney was great and helpful. We will definitely be back!

My best experience ever here. I have visited this restaurant 6 times over the past 2 years and tonight was exceptional. The scallops were the best with an excellent side of broccolini. The steak frites, my wife had, were perfect and very tender. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Never a bad meal. Great steaks obviously, but burgers and shareables are fantastic as well. Fried Brussels are a must try. Good portions as well. Very Good selection of bourbon and whiskey and some nice cocktails as well. One thing to note, no tap beer, but plenty of local beer selection.

We went for the $5 smash burger and it was amazing 🤩! The fries were a little mushy but server was great to recommend just one order. Don’t think I would go if it wasn’t for the $5 smash burgers the rest of the menu was very pricey. The location is also a bit off the beaten path- downtown but not near the waterfront or historic district.

It was not a busy night, so noise levels were great. Open area with beautiful art, but chairs were cheap in appearance and comfort. Our server was fabulous, friendly, and attentive. We ordered the wings to share and were delicious…..all agreed. Cocktails were wonderful and great variety to choose from. Entrees were mixed. I ordered tenderloin medallions that were undercooked (rare) and were flavorful, yet had an abundance of gristle. The salmon was reportedly tasty, as well as burgers. May go back again to retry. When the name has butcher in it. I expected a higher quality beef offering in taste.

Overall it was a good experience, food was delicious as I would expect from True Blue. However we had a reservation and table wasn’t ready, we sat and 30 min after sitting they set up a DJ playing music right next to our table, it seemingly chased out patrons as we were only ones left and 9:00pm on a Friday. We asked several time to tone down the volume so we could converse and not scream to our dining guests. Will I be back to this location? Not likely.
