The most memorable aspect of our meal was the darling young waitress named Lauren. She was friendly,personable and attentive. Our food was hot and delicious and all came out at the same time. Everyone was given what they ordered.

Have you ever had a steak flight with a bourbon flight? Neither had I till Butcher and Barrel by True Blue. Absolutely, savory to the hilt with just the right saltiness and cooked to perfection. Served on a butcher board. Ribeye, NY strip, filet mignon, and kabob duo which we paired with fingerling potatoes and creamy mac and cheese. Did I mention the crab cakes for an appetizer. Oh by the way, I don't like crab cakes but I will devour theirs.

If I could give them 10 stars for food and service, I would. Their ability to customize any dish is impressive. The feature last night was a bacon, jalapeño burger. It was awesome.

I decided to go to True Blue Butcher and Barrel restaurant tonight, and I'm glad I made that decision. It's a very casual spot in terms of vibe, but definitely not in terms of the food they serve. The cuts of meat are displayed beautifully, and the quality is superb. We were greeted by Mitchell, our server, who was not only personable and engaging but also well-versed in the True Blue Butcher Barrel brand. He easily recommended various cocktails based on our spirit of choice, as well as food options. Everything was absolutely delicious! My nephew had the ribeye, while my niece and I had the New York strip. We opted for macaroni and cheese, asparagus, french fries, and mushrooms as our sides. For dessert, we indulged in the tart and the carrot cake. I absolutely cannot wait until I'm in town again just so I can visit this spot.

I ordered the steak flight, medium rare. All came out over done. I'm not sure the kabobs were meat. The house steak sauce, save yourself a bewildered face asking yourself why you tried it, all while trying not to spit it out in front of your significant other. Then laughing after you ask them to try it, and see the same look. The best part of the meal was the sparkling water and the service. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

It was our first time eating here and we had a very pleasant experience! Zoey, our waitress was very helpful with the menu choices. We liked the idea of shared plates and took advantage of the smash burger special! The Bourbon flight was a fun surprise for our guest from Kentucky. All in all we will be back to enjoy another great evening!
