Burro is a lively taco joint that is just as much about fun as it is food. This great hangout is open from lunch until late at night, meaning it can be a great place for an afternoon snack, a spot to do some late-night dining and everything in between. Burro is just as proud of its drink menu as it is of its food. There is a long list of custom craft cocktails that showcase the creativity of Burro's bartenders.Burro's menu revolves around the humble taco. The best thing about this dish is that it's so adaptable. Some of the tacos guess will find here include a classic fish, spicy Brussels sprout, charred broccoli & Summer corn, achiote chicken, jerk pork and spicy beef cheek. The other side of the menu is a section simply labeled "not tacos" that has entrées like whitefish ceviche and ahi tuna tostadas.

If you’re looking for delicious gluten free Mexican food in Burlington, Burro is for you. I have been there multiple times for lunch. Their chips and guacamole or salsa are delicious. My favourite is their tacos. This time I had the fish tacos and breaded chicken taco. Amazing. I wish they offered their breaded chicken as a main course with some kind of dipping sauce. Celiacs rarely have breaded chicken that tastes this good on the menu. Service was amazing. Our server was super patient with us as we chatted over the menu. We had the fried donut for dessert, also gluten free and amazing! The only glitch was broken AC, but the outdoor patio and lots of ice water made up for it. Can’t wait to go back.

The best spot for a great gluten-free taco night! Always a favourite and wish they were open in every city!

I always enjoy my ti nm e at burro! Service is always excellent, tacos are perfect especially when paired with a Margarita!

Sophie was a great server and the food was really good. The new broccoli taco is great. Brussels Sprout and fish remain my fave too (bring back sweet potato?!) Always wonderful food. Thanks.

The food here is consistently excellent! I have visited four times! The servers seem to all serve same table, and you have inconsistent mediocre service. Highly recommend for great food!

Tacos were just ok. Flavour was bland and service was too. Patio was noisy from the air conditioner outside. Not going to suggest it, unless someone HAS TO HAVE Mexican and isn't willing to leave the neighborhood. Competition would do them well.

Service was awesome- attentive but not intrusive Food- delicious and worked with our different eating needs( vegan, vegetarian, lactose free) I had a mocktail with ginger- mmm mmm We got the table in the window that was conducive to a great catch-up with great friends Will go again for sure
