    Very limited menu. Tater Tots came out burnt to start. Drinks good! Burgers not that good very dry.

    Thank you for your honest review. We are so sorry that your food wasn't to your liking and your tavern tots came out burnt. We do try very hard on a daily basis to make sure every one of our guests leave happy but it seems we failed during your visit. We will use your review to get better at what we do.     We had a wonderful lunch on the Patio. My smash burger was great as usual and the tavern tots were excellent. Really enjoyed the new sauce that comes with them.

    Seated immediately, 15 minutes went by and we weren’t even visited by a server. Got up and left. Will never be back

    You can not beat the $10 smash burger deal. It’s such a good burger and every Wednesday it’s only $10 and it comes with fries. I love it.

    Our food was fantastic. The fire shrimp was perfect and our dinners were excellent. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Nice job Burntwood.

    We had an 11:45am reservation for 6 of us on Fathers Day. We were all there on time. We ordered drinks and they came, then ordered food. DID NOT GET OUR FOOD UNTIL 1:15… yes 1 and one half hours later! Had a 5 year old with us WAITING patiently for his Mac and cheese. Never did anyone apologize or tell us what was going on. When we got our food we got to-go boxes because we had to be some where. Never again.

    Menu was not the same as online. Service by Jesse was great. Food was basic bar food so just ok

    Service was not the greatest. Very slow. Our apps came out before our drinks. My 1st draft beer tasted like the soap used to clean the glasses. Our server explained they had a party of 35 in the other room and that put the bar tender behind. Poor management decision there on understaffing - if staffing was even available. Food was ok. The tots - normally a great item seemed forgettable this time. We won’t be rushing back to eat at Burntwood . Many other better choices in the area.
