Burntwood Tavern is a place where rustic and modern elements mend seamlessly to create a casually-stylish environment. Meeting friends for a quick bite, stepping out for a quick drink, or a place to host your next large celebration - Burntwood is your one stop destination in Ormond Beach.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere provides the perfect showcase for its straight forward, chef driven menu of smoked and wood grilled food including Prime Rib of Beef, Baby Back Ribs, Faroe Island Salmon and fresh salads along with sandwiches served with hand cut fries. The bar serves handcrafted cocktails, constructed with fresh juices and house-infused flavored vodka and bourbon, as well as local offerings from a diverse craft beer list.

Burntwood Tavern is open daily for lunch, dinner, happy hour, after work crowds, and is a great place to meet for cocktails and conversation. Brunch and a make your own Bloody Mary Bar is also offered on Saturdays and Sundays.

The menu cost for my sandwich was not commensurate with what was served, which was a speciality salad. The greens consisted of iceberg lettuce which was wilted and brown on the tops. Requested extra bleu cheese and barely any to be found. The grilled chicken was very good and about the only part of the salad I ate. But, to pay $18 for a small grilled piece of chicken was ridiculous. The rest of my party complained of same or similar issues. This was probably my 10th visit. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Food and service was good. Very limited menu for dinner in my opinion. Menu is better suited for a very nice lunch. Took fa.ilt members with us for a dinner outing. They were disappointed in the menu options as well. Calamari and lobsters bisque were very cood.

Hadn’t been there in about a year after two lackluster meals. Glad I went back. The experience and food was much better. Service could have been better. Will return again soon.

Firecracker shrimp was so over done - could’ve cracked a tooth on the crunch Coating Smash burger delicious Shrimp tacos apps just ok seemed they were mass produced this night Service was great Food just ok

We love brunch at Burntwood 5Vern, service is outstanding, food is delicious and atmosphere is very relaxing. We did notice this visit that the restaurant has changed their potatoes(which are amazing) to more of a diner style hash browns which was the difference in my rating this visit. It's still a great spot!!!

Prompt, friendly, attentive service. We both had the turkey club sandwich that was served on a pretzel roll. It was tasty, but a softer roll like sourdough would have been perfect. Fries are great and side salad with blue cheese dressing was excellent. Nice chunks of blue cheese in the dressing.

Thanks to our server we had a fantastic time on Father’s Day She anticipated all our needs Also the first time all of our cocktails and wine was correctly made I will definitely be back
