Not really sure what happened here but definitely worst Burntwood experience ever. Made a reservation and got there early. Nobody greeted us and others for 15+ minutes. The group in front of us waited longer than we did to get recognized. We decided to eat at bar which was fine from that point on. Food was fine. Staffing obviously an issue. If you are really hankering for some Burntwood action, I would go to a different one.

The restaurant was clearly understaffed and dealing with large parties that delayed seating reservations. Not a big deal to wait a few extra minutes. The holding area near host stand at entrance became full and there was no logic or order to how groups were seated (reservation vs non reservation, or who was there first). We were seated about 15 past orig reservation time and sat for 14 minutes with no one even acknowledging us, we could tell it wouldn’t be a good experience, so we made a different reservation at a nearby restaurant and left without anyone saying a word to us. Also, although the online menu says “items may vary by location” we were planning on getting chicken wings and they are not on the Lyndhurst menu which was disappointing. Not sure I’d be willing to take another chance on this location.

Pre pandemic this was our family place to go since opening. Post Pandemic a total disaster. We gave it a third chance tonight. Fish was burned batter/ dried up cod inside. Waited for an hour for apps. The another hour for dinner. Poor server was stretch over most of the tables. The place was only a quarter full. Never asked if we wanted more drinks !! Never to return again. Such a shame.

Pleasantly surprised by this gastropub located in a business park area. Had their happy hour menu. Great value, and fantastic food. We had the fried chicken sliders, Angus sliders, and one of the flatbreads. We had modest expectations on a quiet Sunday evening but were impressed with the quality and preparation of the food. Service was friendly and prompt.

We have been to this restaurant many times. This time the service was fine but the meal was way below normal. The California Chicken had avocado on half the sandwich only and both my friend’s parmigiana truffle fries and mine were cool and had little truffle oil. Salty and not crisp the way they should be. I have given many good reviews in the past on restaurants I have eaten at and this is one of the first I have had to be negative. It was a disappointing dinner.

We went for Sunday brunch at 11 am. Bathrooms were dirty and they just opened. We had a young server so he may have been new but he brought the coffee cups the first one had lipstick stains on it he took it back and the second and third cups all had lipstick stains on them . The food took a while to come out--we didn't mind so much because we were catching up with our kids but there were only 2 or 3 tables with people seated. The food was cold, my toast was burnt, my wife's English muffin wasn't toasted and the hashbrowns were also burnt. Not a great experience

Sunday noon time - quick seating and prompt service. Order taken politely and food came in good time hot and ready for us to enjoy. Courteous follow up by our server and was given plenty of time to continue our conversations before leaving. Greeter a door asked how our visit was and very definitely asked us back. Overall - A really pleasant experience.
