It was a beautiful day outside so we sat on the deck overlooking the river. Food and service was pretty good. I would recommend this place.

We thought we would try Burntwood in Chagrin Falls again. Sorry to say there was nothing special. First of all we had to wait to have 1 valet park the car. He’s was nice enough but overwhelmed. I ordered the chicken piccata and got a semi blacken peppery chicken with a little sauce with no flavor and greasy smashed potatoes with a few leaves of spinach. We had gift cards that apparently older than we thought so they didnt accept. Server was attentive and the best part of our experience. We won’t be back.

We had a 4 generation dinner from my 91 year old father to my 3 1/2 year old grandson. Great service by our server Danielle and great food as always.

We are regulars at Burntwood Tavern & usually sit at the bar. For a Friday night, the restaurant was definitely understaffed . We waited 15 minutes for drinks & 40 minutes for or meals. Our appetizers arrived with some being cold. Overall, not a great experience although our meals were good.

We were celebrating my dad's 91st birthday. Bill and his team rolled out the red carpet and were super attentive. The food was delicious and priced well (as well as can be expected in this economy!) A great place to dine!

Beautiful atmosphere but salad was wilted and sandwich just okay. Lovely setting but not the best service or food.

Our party of 3 waited at the host stand for at least 5 minutes in the almost empty restaurant before anyone greeted us. We were taken to a table on the patio and were left there for a good 10 minutes before we saw a server. The server had no knowledge of the wines offered and the suggested wine was exactly opposite of what we were expecting. (Sweet not dry) Overall we waited in an empty patio for everything, including water which we asked for several times. The food was okay, though the salmon on the salmon salad was overcooked and dry. Will not be returning to this restaurant.
