Ashley our waitress was welcoming and gave excellent service. Burruta salad with tomatoes and stone fruit was amazing!Halibut special was delicious. Shrimp and scallop dish was also excellent.

My wife and I are fast coming to make Burlingame our choice spot whenever we visit Amelia island. This is the second year we’ve visited and this was our third visit to dine. I was a bit seafooded out and had ordered the NY Strip after a few east coast oysters. The steak was better than a local competitor’s Snake River Wagyu. My wife had the Snake River Wagyu here and I tasted it. It was superb. A blackened sear outside with a fantastic flavor profile to the medium rare interior, very little fat. I had a great Old Fashioned well two of them with Four Roses bourbon. Our waiter Dillon recommended I pair that with. Pecan Pie and scoop of ice cream and they added a shot of the same bourbon over the ice cream. It was a very memorable desert and the flavor combinations spoke to my southern soul. Things I’ve found about Burlingame. The chef leans into great flavor combinations, the portion sizes are spot on, and the upscale taste with a jovial adult atmosphere make you feel like you are in a welcome and happy home. We noticed that we recognized a lot of the same wait staff, hostesses and bartenders as before. It speaks to us about them doing something right to maintain that consistency. We made another reservation for our last night on the island. I can’t sing the praises of this place enough. If you go and enjoy the meal, please feel free to buy the kitchen staff a round they will have earned it and hopefully you’ll come to have great memories with friends and love ones like my wife and I do here. 10/10 would recommend.

Fabulous as always! The heirloom tomato salad with peaches and burrata cheese was very flavorful. My husband and I split the shrimp and scallops entree and still had some to take home. We are never disappointed and wish we were able to go more often. Thank you Chad and team for a great birthday dinner for Ron!

Tessa at bar was very nice, helpful, engaging, and loved the Paper Plane! Everyone in our party also enjoyed their dinner selections.

Excellent, gorgeous and mouth-watering dinner at Burlingame last night! Dylan took good care of us, keeping our wine glasses full, and delivering our appetizers and meal at a timely, comfortable pace. My husband had the oysters and lamb; I had the fish dip to start. And when I couldn't decide between vegetarian entree or salmon, Dylan suggested combining the two, which chef did perfectly. The colorful presentation, unique flavor combinations, and stellar service make Burlingame a truly exceptional gem in the Amelia Island restaurant repertoire. We'll be back

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. The entree choices were limited and very expensive. My rib eye steak was only accompanied by home made french fries which were OK but no salad or vegetable as a side dish unless you ordered separately. The wine and sour dough bread were fabulous.
