                                                                    We visited B&L almost every time we came to London. Food are still great and this time, I rate the burger higher than the lobster. The service is great and special thanks to Rhina who provided great service thru our stay.

                                                                    Lobster roll is great. But the prawn and pork starters can be better. We ordered hot water since start but didn’t arrive until we got the bill. We mentioned again then got the hot water

                                                                    Good food overall, with a mix of plain burgers and combos burgers + lobsters ordered for a party of 3. Prices are in line with London, so not very cheap but that is the market. Service was good, presentation of food also good. Overall, a pleasant experience to be repeated for a relaxed meal amongst friends.

                                                                    What a very disappointing lunch. If it wasn’t for the service I would have left. Calamari had no flavour, the fries were cold and were over cooked and the burger was so squishy and had no integrity. For a burger you may as well go the five guys or even McDonald’s. Sadly won’t be returning. However the service was brilliant. It was like the McLaren f1 team having to work on a 95 Ford escort.

                                                                    I booked for a work lunch and brought along my American colleagues who never stepped foot in a Burger and Lobster - they were amazed! They said it was the best burger they have tasted! The service was impeccable and we felt well and truly looked after. The server was very detailed and gave great recommendations. Superb!!!
