                                                                    I had the burger and lobster combo. The lobster was very small with hardly any meat in it compared to what I have had there before. Definitely not worth the money. The chips were luke warm. Edible but I like my food piping hot. Our server was very friendly.

                                                                    Upon arrival, I was told that my booking was not found so consider not booking via OpenTable for this restaurant. I still managed to be seated as the restaurant was fairly quiet. Food was excellent. Oysters were flavorful, lovely and sweet and reduced in price due to a lunchtime offer. Lobster roll was expensive but very worth it. Service was fantastic too. Unfortunately the restaurant seems to be downstairs only so it is a little difficult for people who have difficulties with stairs like myself. Still a great experience otherwise.

                                                                    What could have been better for me to give a 4 star rating is the customer service to be more attentive and also what I ordered was missing some key ingredients what was missed cheese and bacon was missing from the burger and I got the gherkins what I have asked to be removed.

                                                                    Didn’t like the fact that when we were seated And looking threw the menus A member of staff came over to say that due to us cancelling out table we have to pay up front for all our food and drinks I replied that our table was booked the open table And showed her that the table was confirmed And that if the table had been cancelled why do we have to pay up front for food and drinks that we’ve not eaten yet It was a family day out with my children will not be using them again
