Buona Via is an Italian restaurant in the Horsham area of Philadelphia.
It specializes in fresh seafood and fish cuisine, while offering an array of traditional Italian dishes. The large main dining room is bright and airy with an atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to dine for lunch, dinner and special events.
The separate bar area that has a more lively vibe not only for happy hour but also for lunch. Buona Via has two private dining rooms available for private events and parties.
Outside seating on the patio. Happy Hour Monday through Friday. Brunch every Sunday.

Nice quiet table in the dinning room by the fire place. Only two other tables were occupied so it was nice and quiet. The food was good and the deserts were excellent. I will return when in the area

From the moment you step inside Buona Via, the spacious interior greets you. Though the almost empty atmosphere can feel a bit off-putting in contrast. Despite the lack of bustling energy, the warm decor still sets a welcoming stage for a memorable dining experience. The menu is a vibrant celebration of traditional Italian flavors, with a modern twist. Start with the bruschetta, which features perfectly toasted bread topped with ripe tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic glaze—simple yet exquisite. For the main course, the handmade pasta is a standout; the tagliatelle with truffle cream sauce is rich and indulgent, while the seafood risotto bursts with freshness and flavor. Dessert is equally impressive. The tiramisu is a must-try—light, creamy, and just the right amount of coffee-infused sweetness. Pair it with a fine Italian espresso for the perfect ending to your meal. As for the service, it was not particularly bad or great—efficient enough, but lacking the warmth that enhances the dining experience. Overall, while the food at Buona Via shines and deserves high praise, the ambience and service could use a little more life. Still, it's a gem for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine in a spacious setting. Whether it's a casual dinner or a special occasion, this restaurant delivers a satisfying meal which I would recommend to any Italian lovers!

This was our first time dining here. The ambience and food was very good but our server - felt like we were being rushed throughout the meal. It was unsettling. Considering the dining room was not particularly crowded- I could not understand the rush. Maybe she didn’t have enough to do. But she seemed perturbed that we took an hour with our meal. I didn’t even have time to finish my drink or digest my meal. At the 45 minute mark she kept walking by over and over to see if we paid. We will try again but hope for a different server

Our first time here and what a memorable experience! Outstanding staff who were always available to meet our needs and the food was so delicious! The crème brûlée atmosphere the end of the meal was the perfect way to cap off our evening. We would strongly recommend this restaurant!😋
