I love the food and the services provided. Staffs were very attentive and friendly. The only complaint I have is the size of the table, there wee barely any space to have everything on the table.

My entire experience yesterday was excellent. My family were very impressed as it was their first time coming to your establishment. The blonde waitress that served us was very lovely and friendly. 10/10 service. Only issue I would say I had was it was a bit understaffed but it wasn't anything too concerning.

We have ordered food from Bullgogi on deliveroo a lot but it was the first time eating at the restaurant. The staff who took our order was stern. The staff brought the food to our table was straight faced and dropped the seafood pancake on the table. All she said was sorry. As I was introducing the restaurant to my American friend so I didn’t make a fuss there but I was not happy at all. The ac was on the lower level only so where we were (on the upper level) was too hot considering 28 degree outside. Being too hot, we couldn’t bear the thought of cooking the barbecue so we just ordered non barbecue main meals. Food is authentic and tasty but the experience at the restaurant wasn’t that pleasant. So we are not going back. But will continue to order on deliveroo.

Outstanding service and really good food. Some reviewers complained about the prices, but I think this place is not too expensive and a really good value. The portions are very generous, and we weren't able to finish everything. This place gets very busy - so go early!

The food and staff were amazing. Pricing on the more expensive side but is expected since it is in Central London

The food was excellent..the women serving were good ..but the main guy ( not sure if he was the manager ) was an extremely rude man ..when we booked he had said the kitchen closes at 10 pm .. we got there at 9:15 pm ordered a lot of food ..( 4 people ) at 10:10 pm my husband asked for a beer & the guy really rudely said the kitchen is closed ..my husband was upset as he said that nobody came to our table & said last orders or that the bar was shutting . There is a way to even say it .. he could have been polite about it .. but he was extremely rude . We still had 3 full dishes of uncooked meats on the table that we were going to cook . Think he was just being unreasonable not giving a beer & that too in a very rude manner .
