In 2018, Florida-based Centurion Restaurant Group announced that its popular tapas restaurant, Bulla Gastrobar, has opened its first Texas location. The rapidly expanding concept is located at 6007 Legacy Dr., Suite 180 in Plano’s thriving Legacy West district.

Authentic Spanish tapas featuring culturally rich ingredients and imaginative cocktails are served in a lively, social setting, complete with a beautifully appointed gather-around bar, main dining area, private dining room, and outdoor terrace.

This is a great place if you’re visiting Plano and like the concept of Spanish tapas and/or paella. It won’t break the bank and has great food and service!

The food is not to be missed and the happy hour is the best in town. Our server (Cortney) was fantastic as is the management and staff. Put Bulla on your "must go" list. Ed S.

Great service but the food was marginal. The lunch combo is a good deal but the food was bland and the salmon carpaccio was so thin it was lacking any flavour.

The paella was excellent and the varios tapas also. The tapas size is small, so you need a couple or more to wait for the paella to be ready.

Food and service were excellent. We had the mixed paella and it was very, very good. We also tried the ham croquettes which were good server was excellent and the ambience in the restaurant is also very good. Highly recommend trying this restaurant restaurant.

Great dinner. The ceviche and paella mixta were the stand outs. The sweet hand drawn birthday card for our friend was so cute, thank you! And the churro’s were delicious. Thank you!

Being a lover of Spanish Tapas, it was a pleasant surprise to finally find a place that serves food that not only rivals but in my opinion surpassed what I’ve had in my past travels in Spain. The service was awesome and consistently perfect. Totally recommend Bulla for an authentic experience.

At first we were running late and we called ahead and the staff was very kind to adjust our reservation to a later time. As we did not realize it was Homecoming Weekend. George was our server and he was attentive and polite. Our main goal was to try the Paella. We chose the Paella De Pollo. And the Steak Paella. We enjoyed the Paella De Pollo seasoning more. And the Steak Paella’s rice better because it was more crispy. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and definitely returned. Thank you

Food is delicious and our waiter George was very professional and gentleman. Best mix paella I ever had eaten here in Dallas area.
