In 2018, Florida-based Centurion Restaurant Group announced that its popular tapas restaurant, Bulla Gastrobar, has opened its first Texas location. The rapidly expanding concept is located at 6007 Legacy Dr., Suite 180 in Plano’s thriving Legacy West district.

Authentic Spanish tapas featuring culturally rich ingredients and imaginative cocktails are served in a lively, social setting, complete with a beautifully appointed gather-around bar, main dining area, private dining room, and outdoor terrace.

Our new favorite place. Took my wife for date night and had the best steak, seafood, and appetizers.

The Paella was as good as always. However we (group of 4) noticed the size of the 4 jamon croquetas were much smaller this time. We've been here 4x now and we always order the Paella plus the croquetas for appetizers . So our observation on the croquetas isn't imagined. The service was great as always, prompt service and constant attention to our needs. I continue to recommend Bulla Gastrobar.

Excellent service and food. We loved the ambience too. Was not too crowded for weekend lunch time.

Fantastic food and service! The jalapeño peppers stuffed with shrimp are my favorite! Great wine list as well.

Our waiter, Ty, made thoughtful recommendations and was very knowledgeable. He was attentive and could explain the menu well. The food was excellent. Great place for a date night, outing with friends, or work. We'll be back to try the paella.

Having just returned from a trip to Spain, delicious tapas were on my mind. Bulla did not disappoint. We enjoyed the patatas bravas, grilled octopus over corn puree, pan con tomate, shrimp stuffed jalapeños, cannelloni, and the tiramisu and torrija for dessert. The only dishes that were not exceptional were the potatoes and the cannelloni. I thought the potatoes could be crispier and the sauces more assertive (we ate these at every restaurant in Spain) and the cannelloni was a little cold in the middle and the sauce extremely rich. Everything else was fabulous. The torrija was better than any we had in Spain. and the corn puree with the octopus could have been a dish on its own. Our waiter was attentive and delightful, and we enjoyed a nice table on the patio. I can’t wait to go back!

We have eaten here before and were excited to be back. Unfortunately the food fell short. The ceviche lacked its usual punch of tartness and in general the other foods lacked salt. The only things that had the usual flavors were the bacon wrapped dates. For the flavor, it was not worth the price this time around.
