Bull & Bourbon is a cut above other steakhouses – literally. Our innovative approach to classic steakhouse cuisine makes for a multi-sensory experience. Enjoy steaks prepared on our custom wood burning grill paired with our extensive and hand-selected bourbon menu for flavors that beautifully complement each other. Because we source local coastal California seafood, use steaks cut from our in-house butcher program, and choose select cuts from our on-site aging room, we always start with top-quality ingredients to create mouthwatering dishes. You will always know from where your food has been sourced, and our chefs approach cooking as the true art that it is.

We had excellent service even though it was a busy holiday weekend and the food was delicious! My steak was cooked perfectly!

Food was not cooked to specs. No soda refill. There was a little to much noise and little to smokey (cigarette smoke). It was not up to the reputation, as I thought. Will probably never go back.

Great food. Hector was amazing. Food came out hot and fresh. Side item portion of asparagus seamed small. Overall recommended.

The quality of a few things I’ve been ordering there since it opened has gone down. Specifically the au poivre (peppercorn) sauce. It used to be nice and rich and creamy with a heavy peppercorn flavor, and now it just tastes like a hint of pepper and beef stock and corn starch. Abysmal. The mushrooms had great flavor but were extremely salty! And I love salt so for me to say something is salty is pretty bad. I also indicated that we were there for a special occasion and our server never asked what it was for l, neither did the hostess. My friends even arrived and said happy birthday to me and not one single staff member said happy birthday at the steakhouse. Now normally that’s not a huge deal, but when you’re paying a premium for your meal, you should be receiving premium customer service. It was just so-so.

Management will be notified to help us improve the quality of all items and services for a more delicious and enjoyable dining experience. Our team members are normally known to go above and beyond to celebrate special occasions at Bull & Bourbon Steakhouse, and very sorry we missed that mark. We loved it. Last time we went here (on my Bday) it was great, and this time (in its own unique way) was just as good. Your service was exceptional. My personal highlight was the steak. It was perfect. Cooked to perfection and tasted... chef's kiss. You spoiled us. Thank you!

We had dinner reservations at 6 pm on a Saturday night and we were promptly seated. Our server, Izzy, was wonderful- even took a few pictures of us for our anniversary! We had the 8 oz and 10 oz steaks- the flavor was to die for and they were cooked and sliced perfectly! We had mashed potatoes and the Mac & cheese as the sides and those were delicious. It was nice and quiet, the service was top tier and the ambience was perfect. This is one of our favorite dinner spots- can’t wait to go back again!
