Introducing the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, the all-new Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will transport guests back to the resort’s vintage roots while serving a fresh and intriguing steakhouse experience in a modern way. Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. Once inside the steakhouse proper, an eye-catching dining experience awaits. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

We had a fabulous experience at Bugsy & Meyer in the Flamingo Hotel. Kevin , our waiter made our birthday dinner so special and we were not rushed. It was leisurely and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend it to anyone going to Vegas.

Lovely dining experience. Great place to linger and dine while catching up with friends. Cocktails were excellent. Steak beautifully prepared and tasty.

We I’d the Bugsey’s Table Experience as an early dinner before a show and it didn’t disappoint. Chef Kenzie visited with us to ensure our meals (surf & turf, scallops) were perfect. The staff is extremely attentive - an altogether pleasant meal.

Service was exceptional. Cosmo was good. Ribeye coked to order medium rare but dry. Filet was good Crab cake appetizer very dry minimal crabmeat. Caeser salad was delicious Very over priced for quality of food. Scallops were 4 small scallops but tasted good. French onion soup was very good

Table wasn’t ready at reservation time so we were sent for the bar. When we were texted that the table was ready, we waited another 5 minutes at reception only to be seated at a lounge table in the bar area. Wet aged filet was great, but the server never checked in after we received any of our courses. We had to ask for plates to be cleared and 1/2 of the seafood on the tower I ordered was frozen. When we left, our menus were still on the table. Bill was $500 w/tip and I’ve had better service at a Bennigan’s.

Decided to visit this restaurant for our 30th anniversary and I have to say I was not impressed at all. I ordered the special which was steak and lobster steak came out rare instead of the way I wanted it. The lobster was overcooked. I sent my meal back, they tried to redo the lobster. It still came out overcooked, and the steak was just not very good for a filet mignon, not impressed with this restaurant at all. The server thought he was better than everyone else very arrogant person. In the end, the restaurant knew that I was not very happy with my meal but did not even offer me a comp or a discount. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This is the most horrible high priced steak and lobster I have ever had! It was overcooked and chewy … greasy and disgusting. And for $100 steak you would think you would get a little bit better quality of food. It was all but inedible. I don’t like making a scene, so we left without saying anything. Out of fear, if we sent her food back, they would do something more disgusting to it. I certainly don’t mind giving a review to protect and warn the next couple that want to have a nice romantic dinner for two to stay away from this place! You could spend the next hour in your room getting rid of sick stomach and the greasy food. It shoots right through you.
