Introducing the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, the all-new Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will transport guests back to the resort’s vintage roots while serving a fresh and intriguing steakhouse experience in a modern way. Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. Once inside the steakhouse proper, an eye-catching dining experience awaits. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

I am not mad about the noise level the game was on and the rest was pretty slow. We paid for the seafood tower and our crap was gritty it could have been cleaned better. The sea bass was amazing but the portion was small for the price. The mushrooms had some that were very chewy it seemed a tad over coked. The scallops were amazing! There were not many people but I had to ask for more water!

Steaks and all seemed too salty vs others and even vs previous visits here. Service was exceptional l.

Love the food and the waiter was so nice. They sat us next to the walk way so the music in the restaurant was very loud but then you add the walkway noise, I could barely hear my husband.

"The waiter provided excellent service and the food was well-prepared. However, the 'experience' portion of the dining experience was significantly lacking. I specifically booked this restaurant and paid extra for the advertised 'experience' package, which ultimately did not materialize beyond a complimentary glass of champagne. I anticipated that the chef would greet us, perhaps take a photo with us, and that there would be other elements included in the 'experience' as promised. My partner is an avid foodie and enjoys cooking shows, so when I saw the 'experience' package, I was eager to book it. Unfortunately, I feel I was misled and that the restaurant unjustly charged me an extra $100 for something they failed to deliver. The 'Experience' package should not be offered for booking unless the restaurant can consistently and fully deliver on all the promised aspects."

Fantastic meal for Christmas Day. Service, food and all round amazing experience. Had the Christmas set menu and the food was amazing value. Prime rib was so soft and tender.
