DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION THEY DO NOT HONOR THEM I spoke directly with a manager and she told me “they do not make any reservations through any site.” I dont know why or how this is available through opentable

We were there because my son wanted to go for his 26th Bday because he loves the food at this place. We traveled an hour from McMinnville to go. We were seated right away, but after we ordered our meals, the waiter met the delivery and my order was wrong. It was sent back and he went on break. Told us another waitress would take care of us. We never saw her & half an hour later when he checked back with us, I still hadn’t got my order. Another gal went and retrieved it, but everyone else was finished and ready to go. Our son did get a dive of cake for his bday, so that was nice - and probably the best part of the evening! It wasn’t that busy so the order should have been easy to fix. No offer to make it better and with this being the first time I had been there, it was just very disappointing.

We were not actually able to eat at this restaurant because they did not honor our reservation. A reservation is not really a reservation if a table is not held. This restaurant should rethink using this service if they are not going to use it correctly.

We booked this table with open table and when they got to Buffalo Wild Wings they said they were too busy to take the reservation. They took all walk ins before us. We ended up leaving. Buffalo wild wing in Tualatin has horrible customer service they all had major attitudes. There were several other people that they turned away for the same reason. I will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings and would never recommend this location to anyone.
