The restaurant does NOT recognize reservations and actually told us and penalized seating multiple parties before us. Restaurant was freezing and numerous employees wearing coats or sweatshirts. Waitress tried but had tables all over the restaurant.

Restaurant didn’t honor the reservation. Said even though they are on open table they don’t actually take reservations. Why be on open table if not going to honor the reservation?

For starters, this location does not accept Open Table reservations. Secondly, this is probably some of the rudest staff encountered. I get they’re busy and stressed but take a breather before taking it out on customers.

Don't use Open Table to set a reservation for this restaurant. They don't honor it. This is my son's favorite spot to eat. We set a 6pm reservation for 3 on a Sunday...knowing it would be busy with football games. This was intended to be a celebratory dinner for him (he is 6). The host was incredibly rude. Told us it would be at least a 30 minute wait. He said we had no reservation in his system. I showed him my open table confirmation on my phone and he literally laughed in my face and said there was nothing he could do. I never leave reviews but this was ridiculous customer service. He even said, "If you don't want to wait, you can go". We did. If you are not going to honor online reservations, then remove yourself from this app. We called to complain to the Manager and she basically acted like there was nothing she would do. We chose to eat a local sports bar/grill down the street. I will never go back to this BWW.

The food was cold. The music choice and volume was a little aggressive for dinner with families in the restaurant.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. We have eaten at plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings, and this is by far the worst. For starters, don't even try reserving a table online or through open table, because we were told multiple times by the staff those reservations are just thrown out and they don't even know why they allow them to be booked. We unfortunately, chose this place to eat since we were in town for a baseball tournament and thought this would be a good choice for a large party with kids. We were wrong. You would think that they would be used to dealing with large parties, because of the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex drawing travel baseball teams from afar, but their complete ineptness told us otherwise. After confirming multiple times with staff that we would be arriving at the restaurant with our party of 21, we were then told to wait outside in the rain!!! We finally were seated after waiting over 45 minutes. Don't make our mistake, choose ANY place over this place. They aren't customer service oriented and don't deserve the business.
